Services and Definitions

This Privacy Policy applies to Agentic Real Estate, a web-based AI-powered lead management platform for real estate agents. The platform allows agents to capture, qualify, and communicate with real estate leads via SMS and Telegram using an AI assistant.

The service is provided as a subscription or trial product and is offered as-is without warranty of any kind.

Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to two types of users:

  • Agents — licensed real estate professionals who create an account and use the dashboard.

  • Leads / Prospects — individuals who submit a property inquiry through an agent's lead capture form or interact with the AI assistant via SMS or Telegram.

Information Collection and Use

Agent accounts collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number, brokerage name, and license number (provided during registration or settings setup).

  • Google account information and Calendar access (if connected), used solely to check availability and book showings.

  • Authentication tokens for connected integrations (Telegram Bot, Google Calendar).

Lead profiles collect:

  • Name, email address, and/or phone number submitted via the lead form.

  • Property preferences, budget range, timeline, and financing status (entered voluntarily or gathered via AI conversation).

  • Communication channel preference (SMS or Telegram).

  • Conversation history between the lead and the AI assistant.

  • A qualification score derived from the above, used to prioritize follow-up.

All data is used exclusively to operate the platform — routing messages, scheduling showings, and surfacing lead information in the agent dashboard. It is never used for advertising or sold to any third party.

AI Processing

Conversation messages between the AI assistant and leads are sent to OpenRouter (a third-party AI API gateway) to generate responses. Only the message content and relevant context (property info, agent tone settings) are transmitted. No persistent user profiles are created at the AI provider level.

Communications

Outbound SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. Twilio may retain message logs for their own compliance and operational purposes. See twilio.com/legal/privacy.

Telegram messages are delivered via the Telegram Bot API. See telegram.org/privacy.

Google Integration

If an agent connects their Google account, we store OAuth tokens to access Google Calendar on their behalf. These tokens are used only to retrieve availability and create booking events. We do not access any other Google data. Tokens are deleted if the agent disconnects their Google account or if access is revoked.

Log Data

We may collect server-side log data including IP addresses, request timestamps, and error traces for debugging and performance monitoring. This data is retained for a limited period and is not linked to individual user profiles beyond what is operationally necessary.

Data Retention and Deletion

Agent account data is retained for as long as the account is active. Lead data is retained to support ongoing agent workflows. Agents may delete individual leads from their dashboard at any time. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect stored data, including encrypted database connections and token-based authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This service is intended for real estate professionals and adult property seekers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted immediately.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
